The Hashish name, logo, and branding are proprietary and may not be used without explicit written permission. The protocol source code is licensed separately under the MIT License.

2. Open-Source Code

The smart contract source code, mining software, and related tooling are open-source and available under the MIT License. Contributors retain copyright to their individual contributions while granting a perpetual, irrevocable license to the project under MIT terms.

3. On-Chain Programs

The following immutable programs have been deployed to the Solana blockchain and operate autonomously according to their programmed logic:

4. Token

The HASH token (HASHcf66ffcWdGvswuuu8ssLWSeXpto6QaeG32AktiSh) is a utility token minted exclusively through the Proof of Work mining process. It does not represent equity, ownership, or any claim to profits. The token exists solely as a reward mechanism within the protocol.

5. Third-Party Content

The protocol integrates with Solana, Arcium MPC, and Meteora DAMM v2. These third-party technologies are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are subject to their own copyright and licensing terms.
